The Nevada Clinic has restored health and wellness to thousands of patients since opening its doors on June 2, 1980. We have a world-wide reputation and over 75% of our patients travel from out of town. Our doctors have traveled all over the world seeking new ways to help our patients, who are very special to us.
The Nevada Clinic is your resource for a remarkable blend of traditional medicine and historic natural healing. We strive to identify and correct the fundamental nature and causes of your conditions that cause discomfort, pain, and keep you from a full and vibrant enjoyment of life.
Our physicians consider it better to treat you rather than your disease. Through our advanced computerized bio-feedback instruments, we are able to quickly diagnose and prescribe remedies that may restore healthy balance to your body.

The email data we collect using JotForm from clients or from Potential clients is stored using our personal storage device once we download the info from the forms and also stored at JotForm servers which are located on AWS and Google Cloud.
Current Clients – For payments to us, we do NOT accept any credit card currently on our website and store any credit card information.

How your data is being stored once you submit info on all our forms.
We use a more secure form using SMTP through a third-party company for security. The form data you enter gets stored on their server along with our own personal data storage device which is kept secure. We do NOT share your data with anyone. The information you enter into the forms on our website is actually entered into JotForm via an I Frame and JotForm stores data on our JotForm account on their servers to be able to retrieve this data if needed. JotForm servers are located on AWS and Google Cloud. This also includes all data on the JotForm tables page.
