NEW PATIENT INFO AND PAPERWORK – The Nevada Clinic

The Nevada Clinic believes in treating the body as a whole, and we do so primary with homeopathic remedies and natural supplements. We do not focus on any previously given diagnosis. We do not treat the disease, but rather look for the underlying cause to correct the problem altogether. For example, 5 people could walk in to the clinic complaining of migraine headaches.

As a local patient, the initial appointment can last anywhere between 2-4 hours, and the fees will run between $400- $600. This total accounts for the testing, the office visit with the doctor/practitioner, and the homeopathic remedies prescribed. We are unable to give a more accurate range, as we never know how many remedies an individual is going to test as needing.

As an out of state patient, the initial appointment will consist of a two-day evaluation. The first day will last approximately 6-8 hours. The second day will be much shorter, ranging from 2-4 hours. Your fees will run between $900- $1,600. We quote a large range to accommodate any additional testing that may be recommended while you are here. The range accounts for both days of testing, as well as the homeopathic remedies. You will need to fast for 12 hours (water only) for 12 hours prior to the first day, as we will be drawing blood shortly after your arrival. We do have a refrigerator so feel free to bring some snacks.

The majority of our testing revolves around the acupuncture points of the hands and feet. Each of these points corresponds to a specific organ or system. Based on these results, we can prescribe homeopathic remedies to help balance the points that show stress or weakness.

The Nevada Clinic does not accept any type of insurance. Payment is due when you are seen, and we do not accept payment arrangements. If you have insurance through an employer, we can provide you with claim forms. It is your responsibility to submit the claim forms to your insurance company. We do not have an insurance billing department, so our ability to support the claim is limited to submitting records to support the visit. Reimbursement is not a guarantee. If you want more specific information, please contact your insurance company directly.

Dr. Royal has opted out of Medicare. This means that claim forms will not be provided for the visit, and the fees are strictly out of pocket. Additionally, we are unable to process claim forms for insurance supplemental to Medicare. Secondary insurance will only reimburse after Medicare has made decision on the claim, and since Medicare cannot be billed, a secondary cannot be billed as well.

If you are a current patient and it has been over two years since your last evaluation, please take the time to fill out an updated Constitution form.

In addition, we ask that all of our patients refrain from applying any lotions to the hands or feet on the day of testing, as these areas are our primary source of testing. Additionally, please do not wear any perfumes, colognes or scented cosmetics, as we deal with a lot of patients with chemical sensitivities. We also ask that you do not smoke on the clinic property while visiting us.
